Bidding Process
Preview sessions are available by reservation only.
Reservations can be made through the following methods

In addition to floor bidding, online bidding is available throughout the auction period. Online bids may be placed 24 hours a day.
Please log in to the bidding platform and check the status of each auction event.
As a general rule, any pending negotiation requests must be submitted through My Page by 12:00 PM on the day following the auction closing date.
Settlement data will be finalized sequentially from 12:00 PM on the day following the auction event. Please review your settlement statement in My Page.
Payment must be completed within two banking business days from the day following the issuance of the settlement statement.
Payment must be made by bank transfer. (Bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the buyer.)
Purchased items will be shipped after payment has been confirmed.
Once payment has been confirmed, purchased items will be shipped sequentially via freight collect unless otherwise requested.
Shipments will be handled by Sagawa Express or Yamato Transport

Start Using the Service
Once the review is complete and payment is confirmed, your login details will be sent to you by email.
Required documents: Secondhand dealer license copy, photo ID, copy of the bankbook for the designated payment account, etc.
