Consignment ProcessNote: If you have not yet applied for membership, please complete your membership registration through our website before submitting a consignment reservation.
Please submit the number of items you wish to consign using the Consignment Reservation Form.
After reviewing your application, we will send you the designated Consignment Item Sheet for item registration.
Please complete the item information in the designated format sent by the Auction Administration Office and return it by email before the announced submission deadline.
All consigned items must be tagged with the designated consignment tags and shipped prepaid to the address below by the submission deadline.

Upon arrival, all items will be inspected and verified against the submitted item list.
If any corrections are required, the Auction Administration Office will update the information before listing the items for auction.
In addition to floor bidding, online bidding is available throughout the auction period. Online bids may be placed 24 hours a day.
Please log in to the bidding platform to view the status of each auction event.
As a general rule, any pending negotiation requests must be submitted through My Page by 12:00 PM on the day following the auction closing date.
Settlement data will be finalized sequentially from 12:00 PM on the day following the auction event. Please review your settlement statement through My Page.
Sale proceeds will be transferred to your designated bank account within three banking business days from the day following the issuance of the settlement statement.
Any unsold or returned items will be shipped back to you via freight collect.

Required documents: Secondhand dealer license copy, photo ID, copy of the bankbook for the designated payment account, etc.
